De Lijn is the main public transport operator in Flanders, run by Belgium's Flemish government. It provides public transportation with over 2200 buses and about 400 trams.
De Lijn operates the following networks:
- Flanders: all urban, suburban and intercity buses
- Antwerp: tram and pre-metro
- Ghent: tram
- Belgian coast: the coast tram, an interurban line along the whole national coast between De Panne and Knokke.
- A part of Brussels, connecting it to Flanders
